    Lets think about our immunity

     we all maintaining hygiene but each and everyday your body getting diseases.why is that..why its happening
    When our immune system is working properly, we wont get any problems. But when we have an under- or over-active 
    immune system, we are at a greater risk of developing infections and other health conditions.

    what is immune system

          The immune system is the body's defense against infectious organisms and invaders.its made up of special.
    cells,proteins,tissues and organs,its defends a person against germs and micro organisms and protect the body.
    these cells.that get to gather and destroy disease-causing organisms or substances,are the white blood cells,or leukocytes
     
    their are two types of leukocytes

    1.Phagocytes,cells that chew up invading organisms

    2.Lymphocytes,that allow the body to remember and recognize previous invaders and help the body destroy them.

    Germs,Bacteria and viruses are creep into our bodies and attack our immune system.that's moment our immunity automatically
     make up  cells and protects our body.

    immunity is a state ,in which the body is protected from infectious disease.Humans Have three types of immunity
    1.Innate immunity
    2.Adaptive immunity
    3.Passive and active immunity

         Every one is born with innate or natural immunity.innate immunity also includes the external barriers of the body.
    like the skin and mucous membranes.which are the first line of defense in preventing diseases.from entering the body.
    if this outer defensive wall is broken(as through a cut),the skin attempts to heal the break quickly and special immune 
    cells on the skin attack invading germs. 

          The second kind of protection is adaptive or active immunity,which develops throughout our lives.
    AS people are exposed to diseases or immunized against diseases through vaccination,adaptive immunity
     develops by involving the lymphocytes.it is sub-divided into two major types,naturally acquired immunity and artificially acquired immunity.when the contest not deliberate with a disease-causing agent,naturally acquired immunity occurs.
    whereas artificially immunity develops only through deliberate actions such as vaccination

         passive immunity is acquired through transfer of antibodies from an immune host,it is short lived,
    not lasting for more than few months,active immunity,on the other hand,is induced in the host itself by antigens,
    and last much longer,and sometimes all through life.

    then lets see how can boost our immune

    1.Get enough sleep

    2.having a well balanced diet....a good healthy diet is fundamental is good health and strong immune system.
    take.. omega 3 foods ,red broccoli,carrot,mushrooms,green leaves..garlic ,ginger,lemon,yogurt ,green tea..in your daily diet.

    3.drink plenty of water

    4.Exercise regularly..walking is the best exercise to boost immune system

    5.avoid smoke

    6.drink less alcohol

    7.catch some rays...sunlight having the the skin's production of vitamin D.

    8.Try probiotics

    9.supplements claiming to strengthen your immune system -, if you do decide you want to take a vitamin,just try general
     multivitamins.Be careful with individual  supplements of vitamin A, D, E, and K, which can be dangerous 
    humans if taken in high doses. 
    10.try to keep ur mind happy and feel fresh :) KEEP SMILE
